Composition of the cleansing oil
This product from La Roche Posay contains some truly interesting ingredients. The formula has been enriched with ingredients that soothe the skin, especially when it is itchy, and restore the skin barrier. In this case, it is niacinamide that performs this task. Shea butter, on the other hand, nourishes and restores the skin’s hydrolipidic film.

How do you use it?
I used this cleansing oil by La Roche Posay because of a skin problem that arose after a cortisone treatment prescribed by my dermatologist. My skin was very sensitive and delicate. I still use it now, as I have sensitive skin and find it very gentle.
When I am about to use this product, I always wet my skin first. I take a small amount of product on the palm of my hand, massage it between my hands and then massage it all over my face, including the eye area. Sometimes, I also wash my eyes with mascara: it is not a make-up remover, but it helps to remove it. Of course, I wash my face thoroughly with warm water. Remember that you can use it in the morning and evening.
My opinion about cleansing oil AP+ Lipikar by La Roche Posay
I have used this product both in the version with a push dispenser and with the refill bag, putting the product in a small bottle (so I can take it with me when I go out).
Bear in mind that the packaging of the cleanser is very large and heavy, and not practical to put in a beauty case. I now use this product mainly in the evening, after removing my make-up, but I first had to use it to try to restore my skin barrier after a course of cortisone treatment. My skin was extremely sensitive and it didn’t take much for it to become red and itchy. With this product, however, I didn’t experience any discomfort..
Overall, I recommend this product especially for dry skin, due to its oil-based formula, but also if you have sensitive skin or skin problems.
You can also use it on your body, on your children, and it doesn’t sting your eyes!
