Homemade tagliatelle

Now it’s the right time to show you the second recipe for the contest by Molino Grassi: this time I want to show you how to prepare tagliatelle with double cream and salmon. This is the first time that I try to made tagliatelle with the flour of Molino Grassi. Now let’s start to prepare this recipe!

Homemade tagliatelle with cream and salmon

  •  2 eggs
  • 250 grams of organic flour grain Khorasan Kamut
  • 1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil
  • double cream
  • salmon
  • 1 clove garlic

  • In a bowl, combine the flours with eggs, extravirgine olive oil and mix with the help of a fork;
  • Working well together with your hands;
  • Let the dough rest for two hours after it is wrapped in plastic wrap and place in the bowl;
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and then roll it up to cut the noodles;
  • Cook the noodles in boiling salted water;
  • Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by putting a little oil and a clove of garlic to brown;
  • Then add the salmon and brown too;
  • Then add the cream and black pepper and let go for a few minutes;
  • Drain the pasta and serve directly in the sauce;
